Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Your care begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation. During this visit, we take time to understand your personal history, current concerns, medical background, and goals for treatment. This evaluation is the foundation for a personalized care plan that supports your mental health and overall well-being.

Personalized Treatment Planning

After your evaluation, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. This may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle recommendations, or a combination of approaches. We believe in a collaborative process that values your input every step of the way.

Medication Management

We specialize in the safe and effective use of psychiatric medications, treating conditions such as:

• Depression and anxiety disorders
• Bipolar disorder
• Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
• Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
• Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders
• Severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)

Regular follow-ups allow us to monitor your progress, adjust medications as needed, and ensure you feel supported throughout your journey.

Brief Supportive Therapy

Alongside medication management, we offer short-term, goal-focused supportive therapy. These sessions provide space to process challenges, develop coping strategies, and strengthen your overall treatment plan.

GeneSight® Testing

When appropriate, we offer GeneSight® pharmacogenomic testing to help identify how your body may respond to different psychiatric medications. This can be especially helpful if past treatments have been difficult or ineffective.

Spravato® Treatment

Beginning in July 2026

We now offer Spravato®, an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Administered in-office under medical supervision, it provides a different approach for patients who haven’t responded to traditional antidepressants.

Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health

Dr. Meghan Luebbert has specialized training in perinatal psychiatry (PMH-C), with expertise in medication management for all psychiatric diagnoses during pregnancy and postpartum. Care is always personalized and considers the unique factors of pregnancy, recovery, and breastfeeding. Our goal is to help parents feel safe, supported, and well-cared for during this transformative time.

Care for Teens & Adults

We provide psychiatric care for both teens and adults. From navigating school pressures and transitions to addressing adult stressors or complex conditions, our approach is always respectful, collaborative, and individualized.

Substance Use Support

We provide support for alcohol use concerns through medication management and ongoing psychiatric care. While we do not treat opioid use disorder, we work collaboratively with patients to support their recovery goals.

Telepsychiatry

We understand that life doesn’t pause for appointments. That’s why we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry across Nebraska. Virtual visits make it easier to access care while maintaining the same level of support and clinical expertise you’d expect in person.

For those who prefer in-person visits, our office is conveniently located in Omaha at 14301 FNB Parkway, Suite 100. With flexible scheduling and an accessible location, we make it easier for patients and families to receive the care they need.
